Eine groß angelegte Metaanalyse hat bestätigt, dass das Darmmikrobiom das Ansprechen der Patienten auf eine Therapie mit Immun-Checkpoint-Inhibitoren (ICI) bei fortgeschrittenem Melanom beeinflusst, aber der Zusammenhang scheint komplexer zu sein als bisher angenommen.
