AACR-Jahrestagung: Vielversprechende Therapien gegen Krebs
Wir berichten von der Jahrestagung der American Association for Cancer Research (AACR), die vom 8. bis 13. April 2022 in New Orleans stattfand.1 Dort werden traditionell vor allem neue Daten aus der Forschung und Entwicklung präsentiert. Wir stellen eine kleine Auswahl vor.

Solide Tumoren: CAR-T-Zell-Therapie ohne und mit mRNA-Impfstoff wirksam
Eine erste Studie am Menschen, in der eine gegen Claudin 6 (CLDN6) gerichtete CAR-T-Zelltherapie mit einem mRNA-Impfstoff (CARVac) kombiniert wurde, ergab, dass die Kombination BTN211 ein akzeptables Sicherheitsprofil aufwies (Abstract CT002).
