HP-positive Gastritis Aktivitätsgrad II bei 81 jähr. Patientin

Im Rahmen einer stationären Diagnostik wg. rez. breiiger Stühle wird die o.g. Gastritis diagnostiziert und von der Klinik eine Triple-Therapie mit Pantozol 2 x 40 mg, Clarithromycin 2 x 250 mg und 2 x 1000 mg Amoxicillin empfohlen. Die Pat. hat nun aber eine Penicillinallergie und angebl. auch Unverträglichkeit gegen Clarithromycin, darüberhinaus auch keinerlei magentypische Symptomatik.
